RaiCare is a clinical assessment platform for healthcare organizations. Clinicians and patients complete interRAI assessment instruments on a phone, tablet, or web browser, and the platform computes the validated outcome scales and Clinical Assessment Protocols (CAPs) on the device.

It is built for home care, long-term care, and community health teams that work in the field: assessments keep working without a network connection and synchronize when one is available. Personal health information is encrypted at rest and stored separately from the anonymized assessment data used for research and quality improvement.

interRAI assessment instruments and algorithms are used under licence from interRAI, the international collaborative of researchers behind the assessment system used in more than thirty countries.
